Connie Cannon. I am a Senior Technical Writer and certified Business Analyst
adept at analyzing complex systems and processes and delivering clear, concise
information. Software documentation has been a career emphasis; however, my
background in English Literature, Journalism, and Creative Writing enables me

- QuickLink Hotspot makes it easy and secure to

connection with up to ten PCs, Macs or other Wi-Fi devices. The software
also provides connection and data usage monitoring. Created using MadCap Flare.
- Provisioning and Lifecycle Management Online Help -
PALM is a Web-based interface designed to track all service requests
involving the provisioning and de-provisioning of assets and accounts
assigned to employees throughout their association with the company.

StarTeam Web Client Help - In the left navigation pane, go to StarTeam
> Web Client Help. This is an example of DITA XML. The StarTeam Web
Client is used to connect to one or more StarTeam Servers to access
projects and manage files, change requests, requirements, and other items.

- Provisioning and Lifecycle Management (PALM) is a Web-based interface
designed to track all service requests involving the provisioning and
de-provisioning of assets and accounts assigned to employees throughout
their association with the company. HR personnel use PALM to automatically
provide every new hire with an email address and a domain account. Account
provisioning personnel use PALM to manage employee exchange attributes and
aliases for distribution lists, public folders and resource accounts.
